Started as a software engineer, moved into customer-embedded services consulting at Broadcom/CA Technologies — deploying enterprise IT software directly inside large customer environments.
Spent over 8 years at ServiceNow as the technical bridge between Engineering and the global field: building reference architectures, running Customer Advisory Council engagements, and partnering with Solution Consultants across APAC, NA, and EMEA.
Today, building an agentic AI platform at Skyfall — defining LLM evaluation frameworks, shaping API and architecture decisions, and working hands-on with Python and Claude-class models on real agentic workflows.
